Making a complaint
A complaint is different from a question, and we treat it differently. Tell us what happened, when, and what you would like us to do about it.
We acknowledge every complaint within two working days with a reference, and we aim to answer substantively within ten. If we need longer we tell you why and when to expect an answer. If we cannot give you what you want, we say so plainly and explain the reason.
