Cookie and Storage Statement

The short version

We do not set cookies, we do not track you across other websites, and we run no advertising technology. There is nothing to accept and nothing to refuse, which is why you do not see a cookie banner.

What we do use is storage on your own device, so that you do not have to sign in again on every page and so the app remembers your language and whether you prefer light or dark. That is all listed below.

What we do not use

No advertising or retargeting technology.
No cross-site or cross-app tracking.
No social media pixels or share buttons that phone home.
No analytics is running today.

If we ever turn on analytics

The website contains the code for Google Analytics, but it is switched off and collects nothing. We built it so that it cannot start on its own: it stays off until you have given consent.

If we do decide to use it, then before anything is collected we will:

Ask you, in a banner where refusing is exactly as easy as accepting.
Keep analytics switched off until you say yes.
Update this page with the exact cookies involved and how long they last.
Give you a link in the footer to change your mind at any time.

How to clear what is stored

On the website: sign out to remove the session, or clear site data for this site in your browser settings.
In the app: sign out, or delete the app. Deleting the app removes everything it stored on your device.
Deleting your account removes everything on our side as well. See the Privacy Statement for what that covers.

Clearing the necessary items signs you out. Nothing else breaks.
